Hello everyone! We are going to Japan 🙂 ! The idea was to travel outside of Europe and to explore a whole different culture. You know, the kind of journey that would be hard to make once we have kids. The food has to be really good and there has to be a combination of wildlife, nature and urban life. For me, I made my decision after seeing an episode of Antony Bourdain (the famous chef from CNN’s program Parts Unknown) about Tokyo. That was a few days after I cooked a Japanese dinner for my boyfriends birthday. To get you in the mood, let me show you what I made.
On the menu:
- sushi (Maki, Nigiri, California Roll & some Sashimi)
- miso soup
- lichees for dessert
